The phosphorus copper brazing connection of copper pipe belongs to hard brazing, with high joint strength and good temperature resistance. It is suitable for the brazing connection of large and small diameter copper pipes with various media, but its brazing temperature is high and requires high operation skills. During brazing, the temperature at the joint directly affects the wettability of the phosphor copper solder to the copper pipe and the fluidity of the solder in the brazing joint. Especially for the brazing of large-diameter copper pipe, in order to make the phosphor copper solder dissolve into the brazing joint better, the heating temperature at the joint must be controlled and the temperature uniformity in the circumferential and longitudinal directions at the joint must be maintained. If the local temperature is too hot or too low, it will affect the flow distribution of the solder in the joint, Thus affecting the quality of brazed joints.

C. Silver brazing connection of copper pipe
The silver brazing connection of copper pipe belongs to hard brazing, with high joint strength and good temperature resistance. It is also applicable to the brazing connection of large and small-diameter copper pipes of various media. Although its brazing temperature is high and the operation is difficult, compared with phosphorus copper brazing connection, under the same brazing conditions, the silver brazing solder has better wettability and fluidity, and can easily melt into and fill the brazing joint, so as to ensure the quality of the brazed joint more easily.
