Special-shaped brass tubes are generally used in air conditioning or heating panels. In the refrigeration process of air conditioning, the compressor first pressurizes the snow seeds, compresses the snow seeds into high temperature and high pressure state, and then inputs them into the indoor machine through connecting pipes. From the physical properties of copper and aluminium, the hardness of copper is higher than that of aluminium, so the pressure resistance of copper is much stronger than that of aluminium. Chemically speaking, aluminum and copper are more easily oxidized and corroded under the same conditions. Taking aluminium pipe as connecting pipe of air conditioning will cause hidden quality hazards. Moreover, the welding technology of copper-aluminium pipe joining is not yet mature, so “replacing copper with aluminium” is not advisable.
