This article is a special part of the inspection of copper pipe welding. According to the gradual inspection of unqualified items, it is necessary to rework if problems arise.
The inspection unqualified items of copper pipe welding are as follows:
1. Overburning: Appearance judgement shows that there are burn marks and rough pits in the welding area. The oxide skin of the pipe is severely peeled off, and the color of the copper pipe is water white.
2. Pore: Small pinholes and bubbles appear on the surface of welding area.
3. Slag inclusion in virtual welding: Surface solder obviously does not fuse, flame contact workpiece obviously reddish, sparking or fume, solder can not fuse.
4. Burn-out: The weld edge is burnt to rotten state by flame, but it is not completely burned through, and the wall itself is burned.
5. Burn-through: The weld near the weld is damaged and perforated, and the surface of the weld material is seriously oxidized.
6. Welding nodule: The filler metal at the weld exceeds the plane of the weld to form a tear shape, and the diameter of the weld nodule shall not exceed one third of the diameter of the weld body.
7. Insufficient solder: Insufficient solder in the middle position and insufficient solder in the slot between the two holes.
8. Nitrogen filling: no nitrogen filling or incorrect nitrogen filling, serious intermediate oxidation. After proper nitrogen filling, the inner wall is smooth and non-oxidized.
