DOWEDO BRASS INC. services a wide range of industries with quality cold rolled steel products manufactured by DOWEDO.
DOWEDO’s Cold Rolled Coil products have been specifically designed and manufactured to the high standards, so you can have the confidence your finished goods will perform as expected. Cold Rolled steel is sheet steel, which has been rolled to thickness at low temperature in a continuous cold rolling mill operation. This is generally only available in thicknesses lower than 3.2 mm and can be used for a wide range of applications.
Cold Rolled Coil
Cold Rolled steel manufactured by DOWEDO BRASS INC. is available in four different product groups ensuring there is a product to meet all your specific manufacturing requirements:
Carbon and Hardness Products: We produce a Cold Rolled product based on carbon content with guaranteed chemical composition as well as three Cold Rolled hardness products with guaranteed minimum hardness.
Formable Products: Our Cold Rolled formable products consist of four grades that include skin passed, deep drawing steels with guaranteed minimum yield strength, and non-ageing steels free from stretcher strain. They have surfaces suitable for general purpose or exposed applications.
Structural Products: We produce Cold Rolled structural products consisting of temper-rolled, high alloy steel with guaranteed minimum yield strengths ranging from 180 to 350 MPa.
Vitreous Enamelling Products: We produce two Cold Rolled, vitreous enamelling products which are skin passed with deep and extra deep drawing capability.

DOWEDO’s cold rolled coil products are also available with either matt or lustre finish according to your surface finishing requirements, whether they be painting, lacquering, electroplating or otherwise.
