Brass has a rich, golden colour, very similar looking to gold. Ideal for large projects and for mixed metal designs. Sold in a variety of thicknesses in square sheets. This sheet is half hard and can be soldered with silver solder.
Brass sheet 0.05mm to 0.75mm thicknesses available (see drop down box).
Clean with brass restorer and spray with varnish to protect from oxidising or if painting, prime first with for best adhesion of paint to metal.
For all soldering items please go to ‘Tools’ then ‘Soldering’. Please note that a high wattage iron is required for use on sheet material (unless cut into very small pieces).
