There are two hot-rolling mills for sheet and strip with flatness accuracy less than 100I unit and thickness tolerance less than±0.10mm,and two double surface milling machines (Japan and UK) with longitudinal thickness tolerance of ±0.05mm max and surface roughness Ra≤3.2µm.
There are 4 rolling mills from MINO,Italy and from FROHLING,Germany,all with flatness tolerance of max 30I unit,and thickness tolerance at steady state ±4.0µm.There are 3 cleaning lines from Junker, Germany and 17 bell-type annealing furnaces.The mother coils from these production lines are of good flatness and bright surface.
