Brass tubes are in the manufacture of counters, precision instruments, TV antennas, electronic devices, and so on. Slowly but steadily, brass tubes are replaced other metallic pipes in all areas of work.

We can manufacture brass tube according to your requirements:
1) Outside diameter of brass tube: 4mm – 203mm
2) Thickness of brass tube: 0.5mm – 3.5mm
3) Straight of brass tube: to 25m
conforming to SB111 C44300 of ASME
Tube Size Dia. 15.875 x 1.65 x 1.24 (Length of each tube required is 1.5 Mtrs.)
The tubes be confined to below specifications
a) Each tube shall be Eddy current tested (E243) before finning
b) Temper Annealing & hardness measurement shall be done as per SB 359
c) Mechanical Test must be carried out(VTS, YS Hardness)
d) Flattening test must be carried out as per ISO: 8492
e) Expansion test to be done as per ASTM B 153
f) Mercurous Nitrate test shall be done as per SB 359 (B 154)
g) Finning Shall be done as per Wolverline cat no.60-194049
i) Unfinned portions at both ends shall be 70mm
j) Each tube shall be hydro tested at 70 atg before & at 40 atg after finning.
